Shipping Destination

Packaging
All Modafiora orders are carefully packaged to protect your items during transit. Blazers, dresses, and jackets are packed to minimize creasing, and shoes are shipped in their original boxes. If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your item is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the item itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@modafiora.com.
Carriers
We work with trusted shipping carriers and local delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. The carrier used may vary depending on your delivery address and the most efficient shipping route available. Tracking information will be provided where available.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information (where available). You can check the status of your delivery at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Taxes & Duties
For deliveries within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws. No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic US orders.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@modafiora.com or via our website chat. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
